This place just loves to waste your time in order to generate more money. I went to see them at the end of April for an emergency appointment, had an examination and an X-ray, dentist prescribed antibiotics and said to book my root canal in at the reception. I asked why couldn’t he do it and he said it’s because he can’t do root canals and another dentist needs to come in to do it. Reception says the earliest the root canal dentist can see me was in 4 weeks so I thought okay fair enough, at least I know I’m 4 weeks I’ll finally get my root canal. So I get there today all ready for my root canal, I even had to embarrassingly take time off from my new job that I only started 3 weeks ago. The new dentist does exactly everything the old dentist did (tap on my teeth and X-ray) and says ok we’re done. I ask her what about my root canal I came for? She says no you first need to do an examination before you can get treatment. I asked her but what did your people JUST do 4 weeks ago?? She says that was emergency but you need another examination before treatment. I sat there in complete disbelief as the previous male dentist made it very clear to me that I will be booked in for a root canal. If they were a little bit more transparent with me and actually told me that the booking is for an examination only and NOT for treatment then I would’ve gone elsewhere. Because who the hell wants to wait for 4 weeks just for a dentist to tap on my teeth and take X-rays YET AGAIN?! I could’ve already been seen by another dentist and have received treatment in the same amount of time that I waited for this Dental Suite dentist to tap on my teeth. I think they do this just to rinse people with examination fees because why do I need an examination when you already have X-rays of mine from 4 weeks prior and have 4 years worth of dental records. Honestly can’t wait to find another dentist because these lot are jokers. Oh did I mention it’s £680 for a x1 crown? Ridiculous!

They’re not experienced in dealing with anxious patients. My anxiety became worse. I left on the last appointment so confused and not sure what was going on. The dentist spoke in context too much. Joked and laughed about my treatment and put pressure on me staying with them. I asked for a referral to leave but the dentist would not allow it. Instead I was mocked at, about my teeth and my fear. I’ve lost faith in returning back
