Turned up for appointment to be told it had been cancelled and I had apparently been notified by post. I had not received this notification and bearing in mind there are ongoing postal strikes nobody thought to follow the letter up with a phone call, so a wasted journey! The Receptionist said most people hadn't received the letters...really, how surprising!!! Telephone is never answered just rings out constantly, no point leaving voicemail as nobody returns your call either!

First of all I want to tell my story. I rang this dentist around 3 months ago for a hygienist appointment with airflow which I had to book a day off work for...I went to my appointment and was told they don't have time for the airflow today as they would need another 10 minutes to do it. I was pissed off as they could of squeezed me in but fine miscommunication over the phone whatever, the dental nurse then said she can book me in with a dentist for the scaling and airflow treatment as there hygienist was no longer going to be there which I questioned it being with a dentist but she assured and advised me this is the best route to go down, which I then agreed I said yes book me in thinking she must know what she's talking about; promising me they will be able to perform the same as a hygienist would so she booked me in about 6 weeks after which I was very happy and excited about. So I booked another day off work and today I went to my appointment only to be told by the rude receptionist that the dentist doesn't do airflow because he's a dentist not a hygienist, the receptionist was rolling her eyes at me offering me just a check up after the 2nd time I have booked in for a scale and airflow, obviously just a check up isn't going to satisfy me. I had been booked in for a good 6 weeks and do you think I received 1 phone call to let me know that they won't be able to perform the service? Not 1 curacy call, they let me come to the appointment looking forward to the treatment and after driving 40 minutes to get to them that i can't have it done AGAIN. In that 6weeks wasting my time looking forward to an appointment that was never going to happen I could of been looking else where and booking in somewhere that can actually help me. The staff here are completely incompetent and useless, the reception staff have no clue what they are talking about nor do the dental nurses have a clue either as i would never of been booked in again in the first place if they did. 2nd wasted day off work and all because the incompetence and lack of communication on there behalf. This place is the biggest joke I have ever known, they don't care enough to call you prior and simply let you know that they will not be able to perform the service, which ANY company would do so, instead they've wasted my time wasted my petrol getting up there only to be left disappointed once again. I wouldn't go back to this sh** hole if I was paid to. Need to get some new staff as looking at the other reviews im not the only one left disappointed by the incompetent bunch of idiots, or further training is needed to ensure customers satisfaction. If your looking for a dentist you'll be satisfied with then i would avoid this place like the plague, I've seen more professionalism from a nit and myself and anyone I know will not be returning to this so called dentist. I will be also writing a complaint to management to ensure this doesn't happen to your other customers, disappointed is real with it being my birthday as well and it was meant to be a birthday present and can't even comprehend what's just happened and how in the dark I was kept. Never again AVOID.

Just recieved a text canceling my appointment for the 3rd time. This time I have an opportunity to reschedule things, unlike the last cancellation which was made 4 hours before my appointment.
