I have been attending here for over 10 years, always recommended the practice to all. After today's experience I will be looking for a new practice. The communication between reception and dentist was poor, I was left sitting there like a lemon whilst person whose appointment was at 3pm was seen at 2.45. My appointment time, apparently though I was at reception area waiting and booked in, the dentist could not find me!
