I found both the hygienist and assistant to be friendly and polite at all times. They were thoughtful about my taking a break, if needed. The Scale and Polish was very thorough (which is exactly what was required). Whilst this is not the most comfortable dental procedure that one can undergo; I have nothing but praise for both members of staff, concerned. My treatment was very much overdue - my own fault entirely - yet I still walked out of the treatment room with my head in the clouds because the result in the mirror was so good. Well done and thank you very much indeed.
