I visited the Great Ayton practise on the 24/03/2023 where i had an appointment with the Dental Therapist, to which i was quite nervous. Once i was taken into the Surgery, an extremely friendly smart dressed young girl introduced her self as Emma who was going to be my therapist, this she did in a most polite way, which put me at ease straight away. She then explained fully my procedure and asked me to say if she had any concerns or worries, to which i said i was a little nervous, where upon she spent time explaining all that was going to happen and if i had any worries or concerns during my treatment, just to raise my hand. Well my treatment went amazing with no pain, and Emma checking on me during the whole procedure. I HAVE NEVER felt in such safe hands at the Dentist before, to Which Emma is a credit to Alpha and her profession. Thank you so much Alpha at Great Ayton.

Changing to the lady dentist within the practice was the best decision that I have made as a nervous patient .... she is patient and although I still do not like going the fact she takes the time to understand has made me now go to checkups etc on a regular basis !
