My husband and I have not been able to get an appointment for over 2years as they keep being canceled by this practice. All you get as an explanation is that they had to follow policies and procedures since the pandemic! How many emergencies have there been in Holt!? We have again been advised that our latest appointment had to be changed due to the availability of the dentist! I am sorry to say that the receptionist was not apologetic in any way and even quite rude and did not care. We have now gone private. | |||||||

This is the best dental practice that I have visited .I know that I must not name the dental staff, however you know who you are.
The receptionist, hygienist ,dentist and dental nurse are outstanding, ,knowledgeable,welcoming ,informative , professional and make you feel so at ease.
My appointment was on Tuesday afternoon 15.01.2019 and it was a completely relaxing experience.
My wife and I are so lucky to have found this practice only 10 minutes from home in a lovely garden setting.
One BIG request from me, to all the staff mentioned above, PLEASE PLEASE do not leave this practice as it is the members of this team that make it an A* experience,hope to see you all in July for my next appointment,

For many many years I have always gone private. Because my teeth and my denture need social care I thought it was the best thing to do
Having moved to norfolk I just found the dentist easier being near the doctors surgery. My first appointment was a long wait. But I expected this and didn’t really think I would get in straight away
I had a bit a a wait but I didn’t mind that.
The dentist did a thorough examination. My denture is quite technical and the dentist was interested in it. I was worried about a few things my mind was put at rest. I went back the next day and the dentist cleaned my teeth. I have never had such a thorough clean and they felt and look amazing. My teeth have never looked so white. I am so happy as I was so nervous about going to a new dentist after being with the same practice for many years | |||||||
