This is a consistent problem I have seen at this Dental practice over the last 9 years!!! Rude obstinate Arrogant reception staff...Most of them. I suppose you realise that you are paid to do the job and people who come there as patients like me duly pay for our treatment.... certainly not out of your pockets?? Amazing Dentist though! I do not see the point of calling the Practice manager with this issue since it is a Tick box phenomenon which I am not interested in!! Such a shame.. sort it please? A smile does not cost ANYTHING!! | |||||||

Cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before due after I’d booked the afternoon off work and rearranged other plans, this after having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment in the first place. No remorse shown on the phone. Extremely disappointed. | |||||||

had lots of injections about 20 took old filling out instead of working on the nerve left it when he should of worked on it now £60 down and in same pain got have it all done again and guest what in pain and can not get me in to see someone for a week and a half not good, looking for a new dentist to re do the job these should of done thanks | |||||||
