Starting with the gentle appointment reminder call this dentist practice has been caring and professional. Like lots of people I am a bit nervous of the dentist but my dentist and their team each took the time to listen to my concerns and talk through options. All very professional and above all calming. I have 3 children who actually enjoy coming to the dentist as our dentist gently chats to them and, even when pointing out how they need to clean their teeth better, they are easy going. The receptionist is good at encouraging us to make the next appointment there and then so we all go to the dentist regularly. I have plaque issues and problem gums so visit the hygienist regularly who is thorough and as gentle as they can be. I never thought I'd say it but I really don't mind going to the dentist at all now .
