My daughter is under this orthodontist for the fitting and maintenance of her braces. We have had a few appointments, they always give you a time and date that suits us. We had an emergency repair needed when a bracket came off, and they basically fitted us in sooner than our appointment time, due to different timings needed last minute. She was in and out for the repair in less than 10 minutes. The staff are lovely and they go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend their excellent service!!

I have now finished treatment here after 18 months of having my fixed braces on. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and the care here really is unbelievable. On many occasions I had to take my daughter with me to my appointments, the nurses were all brilliant with her, some how they managed to juggle nursing and baby sitting too. I would recommend this practice to anyone! Thank you so much to the team at Total Orthodontics Cockermouth.

The practise is a very open, clean, friendly environment. The staff are always smiling and accommodating, they do the upmost to make your experience as easy as possible. I would 100% recommend this practise to anyone wanting orthodontic treatment. You get treated with total respect by all the staff, as though nothing is a problem. They really involve you in the treatment planning to make sure you can be fully satisfied with the outcome of the treatment, they go over all of the details with a fine tooth comb so that nothing is missed out and you can feel fully confident with your smile at the end of treatment. "A smile is happiness you'll find right under you're nose."
