I have been a patient here for several years. Had numerous appointments and been overall fairly satisfied with the treatments. However, I have moved house several times in the last couple of years and the practice hadn’t recorded my new details, so correspondence has been sent to old addresses. I have informed them of this and still no correspondence was sent to my new address. As a result of this, I have missed some appointments and since been told - very abruptly by a member of staff that has been rude to me before - that I have now been removed their system due to me missing appointments and not notifying them! I feel like this is no fault of my own. The staff member I have spoke to needs to learn how to speak to patients in more polite manner, and not be derogatory or disrespectful in how they deal with certain situations.
