I was scared of the dentist after another overfilled 3 of my teeth, subsequently they all cracked and had to be taken out. My previous dentist(the one that messed them up) took the first one out. It took him an hour!!!! After so much pain and discomfort from seeing the unprofessional dentist I didn’t see another dentist for 4 years. I was using dentist grade diy enamel to fix the two teeth when they became uncomfortable every now and then. Until I got an abscess and had to see a dentist. That dentist was priory vale! From the moment I called I kinda felt reassured. It wasn’t until I was in with the dentist who understood how nervous I was that I really felt at ease. I could put my hand up at any point to take a break or swish my mouth. To my utter surprise it took no more than 2 minutes to get the first tooth out and on the second visit it took less than 30 seconds. The dentists really do know what they are doing and how to treat people. The staff are friendly and accommodating too! If you are a scaredy cat like me, I recommend this dentist practice highly, they should have an award in my opinion. I have also had 3 fillings and some composite work done too. You can also tell what kind of practice it is from the patients coming out after treatment, must of them are smiling even if they were in some discomfort.

highly recommend , I went to many other practices in swindon and all were awful and rude .they didn't want to listen to me ,saying nhs doesn't give us enough time to sit and waste time , This practice and the dentist treated me with respect , he listened to me and explained what I needed even though I was exempt and didn't pay . He did the root canal and I didn't feel a thing and my tooth looks perfect , thank you for treating my tooth and myself with care and respect . you guys are the best .
