I have been with Clear Dentistry since they first opened. I have always thought highly of them and lee who was my dentist. Until now! I had to contact him over the bank holidays as my son was in a lot of pain. I did so by calling the numbers they advise to on the clinic answer machine, I spoke with chris who was, as always so very helpful, but could do nothing to help as he was not in the uk. He suggested I call lee! Lee was also unavailable I guess as the call to him was ignored. I was unfortunately met with extreme rudeness by Lee on the Tuesday when I managed to see him. I take it that me calling in over the weekend had upset him. I am not to sure why? and would suggest not leaving your mobile number on the practice voice machine asking people to call it!! I was very upset with his rude and dismissive attitude. He did not help with any of the issues my son had, he could not be bothered at all and made this very clear! I was stunned how totally unprofessional he was and showed total lack of respect for my son by ignoring him and just speaking to me like someone who he wished was not in his room! This was unexpected as he has always been fairly pleasant. I would have thought being a farther himself he would have been able to see first why I had called with a child in pain, and second, when he had my son on his chair to try to help and find the issue. Unfortunately he could not have cared less. I saw the lovely Dr Neha the next day as he was still in pain, and she saw the issue that Lee could have seen if only he had taken the time! He has become a very rude and extremely arrogant man who thinks he is in some way doing you a favour by seeing you. my son who is 9 even commented on his behaviour as we left! (he did not care did he mummy ) no I said he did not! He was so rude that I felt I had to complain to the practice.I do hope Chris got the information as I am sure as the other business owner he should know this. Its such a shame as I will now be leaving this practice and going elsewhere as I cannot bare to go back there after that treatment, and feel he has let the whole practice down, what a shame as Chris and the others their are always so nice! I would have thought a owner of a business would treat customers better !
