I want to congratulate Dr Beth and her team for the exceptional customer service Basingstoke Orthodontics has offered us and most importantly, our teenage son. From the moment we stepped into the practice and during all subsequent visits, we have always felt the service and information provided during each consultation is patient centric, and has always clearly managed the expectations of us and our son during his treatment. Dr Beth clearly places the patient, centre stage - articulating what will happen, by when and what the likely end result will be. Would not hesitate to recommend the Practice and have really appreciated the flexible approach to making appointments particularly during Covid - as well as the care taken to keep patients safe when visiting the practice over the past year.

After 2 years my son has a smile he can be proud of. The dentist has done an amazing job and she along with the rest of the team at Basingstoke Orthodontics have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They truly are “The makers of smiles”.

As an adult, getting braces was a daunting prospect and one that had been put off for years. Eventually plucking up the courage to make the appointment was the best decision I ever made. Everyone at the orthodontist makes you feel welcome, calm, supported. All of the advice given made sense and after care support was amazing too. I would recommend this practice to anyone that usually dreads a visit to the dentist as this will change your mind.
