I have had a very mixed experience with this practice. The dental work they do isn't bad, the appointments are quick, and some of the staff members are nice and kind. On the other hand, when I had a complaint related to their vague explanations about hospital referrals, things quickly turned much worse. They cancelled my upcoming appointments without asking me if I wanted to cancel them, justifying it by their perception that I didn't trust them anymore. Moreover, they tried to gaslight me about my own experience rather than believe it when I said it. They also made some remarks that I found offensive, such as insinuating that maybe I just don't understand their English, or asking why they have to explain something differently just for me. They were so hostile that they made me cry. So I would not recommend this practice, solely because of the attitude of certain people that work there and the lack of compassion and bedside manner. I don't rule out that this was all just a misunderstanding, but a good practice should be able to handle complaints professionally instead of getting defensive - not the way University Dental Practice did with me.
