Terrible service. I moved to the city and a month later I filled out the registration form. I received an email confirming receipt. I called in July to get an appointment as I was never contacted and they told me that they were still processing the form and that they were busy until the end of August. Called again today and they tell me they never received the form, that I have to register again and that they are not taking new patients until October. What a waste of time and lack of professionalism. I bet is different if I just go to pay as a private patient

Called to rebook an appointment and when I stated that I couldn’t wait the almost 3 months offered for a new appointment, the receptionist told me, “I’m retiring soon, so either take it or not, I really don’t care”. I’ve spent a significant amount of money at IOSIS over the last couple of years as a private patent and will certainly be taking this business elsewhere if you “don’t really care” about me being a client.
