Used to be a good dental practice but they have now become masters at blaming COVID for a very poor service they are giving. Latest example. Just received a letter today re-arranging my appointment booked for early October to middle of November. The card blames 'unforeseen circumstances'. Yet it is only the middle of May now. How can a need to rearrange an appointment that is still 5 months away be 'unforeseen'. They are just now able to run an effective practice any longer, at least not for NHS patients. Shame as the dentists themselves are good.

Cancelled appointments due to dentist (who I had for many years) leaving. Given alternaive which was cancelled. Finally turned up and given yet another dentist who showed little interest and gave a cursary examination and an appointment months in the future. Suffered intense toothache that evening and had to seek emergency private treatment.
