I have had to wait 5 weeks for my toothache to be looked at as they have twice cancelled my appointment at the last minute. When I made the appointments it was two weeks in advance then the day before it gets cancelled. I then re book for another in two weeks time (today) and low and behold the send me a text cancelling again a few hours beforehand. After phoning up to complain I have a booking for tomorrow!! I won’t hold my breath. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Phone the dentist at 830 it kept saying not open yet. Website says Fridays 830. 70 failed attempts later it says the reception is busy. I am number 1 in a queue please hold. By this time was 8:50. 5 mins later the receptionist answers . I ask for an emergency appointment for today. She said they both have gone. Someone came in and booked them. There is none on Monday. But 1 on Tuesday and Wednesday but you can't book them. She said what's the problem. I explained hole in a tooth giving me serious pain . She replied you were here a few weeks ago why not sort it then I said the dentist said there is a hole but we'll leave it as not causing pain. I feel because we are on a hc3 certificate to pay with health costs we are treated differently.
