I have been going to the dentist here since I was little and now my own family go here. We have moved around being a military family but always travel just under an hour to still go as the dentist is outstanding as is the dental nurse. My youngest recently had 4 teeth out and their care and understanding made what could have been a frightening experience very easy. Sadly I called today, and the receptionist was busy, totally understandable...but the tone in their voice was awful and they came across rude. They came back on the phone and started to argue with me that quote " I was ridiculous is saying they were rude!" I said I wasn't arguing with them and put the phone down...they called back twice...not to say " I'm sorry you felt that way...etc.,but to continue to argue.... I work in customer service, front of house, and I would never, ever dream of speaking to a customer/patient that way. Awful.
