My previous dentist I had a terrible experience with. So to trust another dentist was hard and alot of effort to actually make an appointment and walk in. Station Plaza is very good I have only ever received very polite customer care from the reception staff. My new dentist was very good. They then relocated and I was informed I would be having a new dentist. Well they are fantastic, unfortunately it states you can't put name or gender, but if this dentist decided to move as long as they stay in the UK I will follow them! They are brilliant, and have given me the confidence to trust a dentist again. Professional, respectful, listens, and explains everything in detail to you. I have never had such a good crown fitted, this dentist made the whole process unstressful. Thank you. They also treat my whole family and are adaptable to everyone's needs and ages.

A molar had died. The dentist at the Station Plaza set out the options clearly, and I decided to have the tooth extracted. Because the tooth had split, and was causing a good deal of pain, I needed an emergency appointment, which was quickly available. The extraction was not particularly easy or straightforward, but the dentist handled the matter with both competence and kindness. The surgery phoned the following day to check all was well, which greatly impressed me. I have consistently received efficiency and basic human warmth from the team. In addition, the service was modestly priced. Big ticks all round.

I am usually an extremely nervous patient when it comes t o dental work but i am looked after from the second I walk in the girls on reception are very catering to my needs.
