I have never in my life experienced such negligence and awful behaviour from a supposedly professional practice! I was refused treatment because I asked a question on a public forum about how people have been treated, as I was treated so badly for two years. The practice manager refused my treatment because she “didn’t like my Facebook post” I had a severe nerve infection as a result of misdiagnosis and negligence from this practice, and was refused treatment by the practice manager because I asked others for their experiences to be messaged to me PRIVATELY! I have now found out that hundreds of others have experienced similar horror stories as myself. I would highly recommend that any patients NHS or private go somewhere else as you will only receive the most basic care here and be pushed into paying more for unnecessary work that you don’t need or want especially as an NHS patient. Please look up all reviews and information before choosing this place!

Very poor. Phone calls never answered and voicemails never returned. Ongoing problems and teeth still not rectified. Have used this practice many times over the years and the service has declined some what to say the least.
