A major part of a tooth came loose in my mouth. I managed to get a quick appointment to see a dentist within a few days. He said he will try and save the tooth but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough of the tooth left to be able to anything with. He therefore had no choice but to advise me the only option left was to take the tooth out. I needed to have a 30 minute appointment which was arranged in just over a weeks time. I arrived at the surgery and was Looked after again by the same dentist. As there wasn’t enough of the tooth left to pull out, he had to drill through the middle of the root and extract one side at a time. The whole process took 20 minutes without any pain or discomfort. This included giving me 2 stitches. He advised me how to look after the wound and backed it up with a written explanation. I felt extremely satisfied with the treatment from the dentist as well as his steady hand, as it appeared to be from my point of view, a very awkward extraction. I had to see the receptionist on the way out, who looked after the admin side of things. She had such a good customer service manner.

I am always treated with courtesy and respect by all members of staff at this Dental Practice, always involved in decision-making about treatment and any qualms I may have had about the visit are quickly dispelled.
