AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely terrible service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! No one at the practice knows what's going on, the practice manager is only there half the time and the dentist is only there once a week. It is impossible to get an answer from anyone about anything. I have paid £2000 for ClearCorrect with this dentist and the second retainers are completely incorrect. Upon calling the practice, I was told the next available appointment with my dentist is in 3 weeks time and it is not their problem. Not to mention all the issues I had even trying to get the retainers in the first place. Will be going elsewhere as this practice has been nothing but trouble since I joined. Wish I had checked reviews beforehand.

Avoid this seemingly profit led practice where the reception staff rush you when trying to make an appointment by phone. Tried to make an appointment as suffering from a bad toothache. I already "tried" to explain to the receptionist that whilst abroad 2 days earlier I had had X-rays taken and tooth needed to come out. She told me that I first had to have an exam, then needed to make another appointment to have the tooth extracted, at a later date. I said that I was in pain, and she said the dental surgeon wouldn't be able to take it out the same day as he/she would already have other patients booked. (time is money?) So it seems this dental surgery would send people away who are in pain. What a disgrace. Doesn't seem very ethical to send someone away who was in pain. Avoid, I certainly will never again be a customer here, not if it was the last dental surgery in London.
