I am a new patient to Parrock Dental in Perry Street and I can honestly say I was so impressed with with their quality of service and care from the moment I walked through the door. The decor of the reception and waiting area is pleasant and clean with a cosy and caring feel. The receptionist welcomed me with professionalism, cheerfulness and warmth which instantly made me feel at ease. The dental nurse was equally professional, cheerful and warmly welcomed me into the Dentist's treatment room and assisted with such care. The Dental Surgeon, continuing the welcome with professionalism, cheerfulness and warmth, devoted their time and attention to me, explaining the options available to me, the costs, involved me in the decision of the option which was best for me and explained the procedures throughout the treatment in a gentle, calm and reassuring manner. Following my treatment I was offered a booking for my next appointment in 6 months and the lovely receptionist even had the school term holiday dates to hand to book the best time for me. I am so impressed with the consistent level of professionalism, respect, friendliness, warmth, care, organisation, communication, hygiene, personal skills and excellent practice of all the staff that that Parrock Dental in Perry Street, Gravesend and I'm glad I found it.

I am extremely happy about the dental surgeons that do so much for me and my family. The experience ,speed ,quality and accuracy is amazing i feel like a whole new person coming out of the dentists.
