Awful practice. I have had thousands of pounds worth of treatment with very poor service. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Can't keep staff and money is the only objective. Don't get invisalign or ask to be called back as all treatment is disappointing and never followed up unless it is with dishonesty...avoid.

I selected Parrock Dental based on the good reviews. No fault with the dentist checkup appointment which is charged separately. For the hygienist, was charged over £60 for supposedly 30 minutes of dental hygiene. In the end she worked for just 15 mins on my mouth. Said my teeth were OK, even thought it has been 2 years since I had a dental visit!. When I challenged this at reception, I was told "you get what is needed for your teeth" Well, then please reduce the charge. £60 for 15 minutes work = a rate of £240 per hour I had been to my previous dentist regularly ( every 6 months) before I moved away. That dentist (not a hygienist) always spent nearly half an hour checking my teeth, and cleaning my teeth for the same total price of £60.
