Very happy with treatment received from the hygienist and dentist. Bit of a long wait between seeing hygienist and then the dentist when appointments were scheduled one after the other.

I was really nervous to visit the dentist after nearly two years avoiding my previous practice (this was because of the lack of professionalism from both the nurses and dentists). When I arrived I was greeted by the dentist himself and he made me feel very at ease. Not once did be question my lifestyle choices or criticise my brushing techniques or even make a huge fuss of the fact that I need a root canal. Every one of his concerns were laid out in a really rational and calm way, with no guilt tripping involved and I must say this style of communication is the loudest. I learnt more from this than any other dentist appointment I’ve previously had and he’s also made me want to go back on a more regular basis. Many thanks for such a warm welcome!
