I really cannot fault Hartley Dental Practice at all. Everyone was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The practice itself was clean and welcoming. Everything I wanted really.

I always used to dread going to the dentist but since becoming a patient here, I can honestly say that is no longer the case. All the staff are friendly and professional, and they put you at ease, from the moment you walk in. I would highly recommend this Dental surgery ...10/10!!!!

Before my six monthly check up, I knew that I was having painful issues with one of my back teeth. Due to my age, horrendous experiences 60 years ago at a childhood dentist, I had already decided that an extraction was the way to go! I arrived at the practice to be greeted with a clean, warm environment and two polite and friendly reception staff.I was called into the surgery by another friendly face to meet the dentist. I explained my decision, based on my wishes. The dentist listened, explained all the options available to me. He explained the different outcomes, the possibilities, the recovery times and the costs. He gave me all the options, clearly, politely and with no pressure for me to make one or the other decisions and no time constraints. My decision was made to go with my original thoughts, for my own personal reasons. I was talked through the procedure, the plus and negative sides of the procedure, the outcomes, the aftercare and the cost. The procedure was unbelievably painless and so quick. My teeth were then scaled, cleaned and polished. I was cleaned up, given a written and verbal care package with aftercare or concerned issue telephone contact numbers. Taken back to the reception by the nurse. The payment and next booking was made and I was on my way. I had and have had absolutely no pain or issue from the time the dentist started work, to this day. I was telephoned the next day by the practice nurse to check that I was pain free, to ask if I had any concerns or questions for her, and to ask after my well being! An absolutely amazing experience at a brilliant practice! Thank you so much Hartley Dental Practice
