Having contacted the dental practice I was met with a receptionist that only told me that I would have to pay and that was repeated several times I was unable to obtain any further information on how the practice operated and for what I was paying for I was no further forward at the end of the conversation a very disappointing experience with a potential customer being turned away - a customer in pain which was not even questioned no questions asked or forthcoming detail I ended the conversation - how do people stay in their jobs representing their employers - staff training is surely fundamentally a major point in placing someone who is the first point of contact
