I’ve always had good things to say about this dental surgery until last week when I went to attend my appointment. Although I’d received a text saying my appointment was 10:30 when I got to the dentist I was told I’d missed the appointment which was at 10:10. I showed the text and they said “well we’re not exactly wrong” and went on to be extremely rude and remind me that I was luckily I was still offered the appointment after I’d missed one last February (2016) due to collapsing and being rushed into hospital for a possible ruptured cyst. I tried to argue my case and they cut me off and said they would no longer treat me and to find another dentist. Overall due to the rudeness of the member of staff I’d never even consider going back even if I had the option. I have been attending this practice for some years as a N.H.S. Patient, and I have found it a very positive experience. My dentist is kind, courteous, and skillful, and all the staff seem happy and efficient.
I always feel I am treated with respect and never made to feel less important than a paying client.

First appointment failed because the attendant told me wrong day soI.lost the money paid 30 pounds Second appointment the dentist told me what I already knew, that I had one splitted broken tooth he did an RX to the tooth in 5 minutes with not treatment cashed 45 pounds. The third appointment after paying 300 pounds and they says me it is cancelled because the doctor has fall ill. The say the other dentist cant attend me . so after 3 week with a broken toot no treatment at all and expending my job time and money.
