since the take over of new dentists in this practice, it has taken a steep decline in customer service. If you managed to get an appointment, or needed to collect anything from this practice, you would be lucky if anyone opened the door to you or answered a phone call, requesting they let you in. Very poor set up and very poor customer service

This used to be a good dental practice but has gone downhill in recent years and now looks rather dated. At my last few check-ups I was told that my teeth were fine even though I mentioned on more than one visit that I had discomfort in two teeth and had X-rays done. Earlier this year, I went to another dental practice and was told that one tooth was so decayed that it might not be possible to save it and another would need serious work done on it. The decay which had been going on for years clearly showed in X-rays done at the new dentist at which they have a hygienist, another aspect that is lacking at the Woolwich practice. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the 'care' of Woolwich Gentle Dental.

I have a several tooth pain. I have tried to book in for days without any luck. The reception felt sorry after and booked in in. I went, today after I did not sleep all night for the pain and in agony. The young lady attended meas dentist done me x tay and after she told me to use wash mouth. I asked her please check properly there is something, the pain is too strong, she said you just booked for 10 minutes, i cannot do anything. I ll ask to rebooked you for 40 minutes. We can try to removed the filler in one thooth but I cant promise anything. Please avoid if you can. Mouth and teeth arent a joke. Dentist needs experience and knowledge. I am speechless and in pain.
