My family has been with this practice for 6 years but in the last year have become very dissatisfied. When you call they answer straight away only to tell you you’ll be put on hold. Gave up after being on hold for over 10 mins one day. I’ve made calls about 6 times in the last few months and it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you call this always happens. I once declined to be put on hold and they said they would have to phone me back instead. I have given them feedback that this is frustrating. The reason for so many calls is that I have been sent 2 text messages and a letter saying that my checkup is overdue but when I call they say it is not due for 4 months- some mix up with 6 versus 12 month appointments which they say they’ve fixed but I still get all these ‘reminders’ The last letter saying that it’s not good for my teeth if I’m not seen every 6 months. It then becomes extra frustrating when you can’t speak to them about their persistent error! Additionally, the checks don’t seem to be very thorough and there is no cleaning or anything done as part of check up which I understand is the case at othe practices. We shall be moving now unfortunately.
