They constantly cancel appointments, and make their charging appointment completely unclear. There are insufficient reception staff to deal with all the customers, adding to the confusion over costs. And then, when their lack of clarity over charges leaves to things getting muddled, they take no responsibility for sorting it out. Make sure to keep every single receipt and details of every single appointment for them!

The appauling condecending attitude of the dentist. I made an emergency appointment due to tooth ache. Once I attended the appointment, I was then told that I have to pay private becuase I did not make an appontment withing 6 months of my last appontment. I was not told this until I was in the dentist chair. Should I have been told sooner, I would have made other plans. Unfortunateley I do not have a crystal ball.....the attitude of the dental practitioner was appalling, giving me a lecture and talking to me as if I was a child. Then asked me Why I did not attend 6 months after my last appointment. People have different circumstances and something serious could have happened in their life to stop them going to the dentist. E.G. hardship, berevement, illness, mental illnes etc... and I found this rather shocking that I felt like I was Judged by an individual like that who I did not know, when I only wanted treatment for Toothache...I had a contraption put in my mouth to take an x-ray, which slipped and then I was told that I had broken it 3 times...This made me feel bad. The dentist put this is my mouth, not me, and asked me to bite down. I could not bite down hard as I had tooth ache...this slipped in my mouth. The dentist then said there was nothing wrong with me , gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I awoke the next day with swolen gums now and a swolen cheek....I cannot believe how a human being be put in the care of another human being who behaves like this....Absolutely discusting...
