I had to have a tooth taken out for an emergency appointment so I call Broadshires to inform them I’ll be needing an appointment to have the root taken out, after a 3 week wait for my appointment the dentinst is 45 minuets late and not even here yet she’s stuck in traffic when she does show up she only does a check up not the appointment I had booked the appointment is then booked in for me to have the roots out for the dentist to call up on the day again after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment to cancel as she’s stuck in traffic and won’t be able to make my appointment. Then to top off my bad experience I called today to ask to book my partner a appointment and they won’t even let me book him one as he needs to book it himself. I understand if I was asking for his medical history but just to book and appointment is ridiculous. Not a happy patient will be looking for a new dentist surgery.

I registered and attended the practice with my 12 month old son. The staff don't communicate unless they really have to. The only two things I remember they said to me was "take a seat" and "remove your card". The dentist also appeared rushed during my appointment and didn't have staff assistance during my appointment. Thus he was putting fingers in my mouth, then moving to the other side of the room to type on his keyboard. This can't imagine this was hygienic as I wouldn't lick his keyboard. He also said very little and every question I asked (as it was my sons first appointment), seemed to be a delay and inconvenience for him. It was like getting blood from stone. I won't be going back. I simply did't get the impression through the entire experience that they cared.
