The charges are for 30 minutes. I only received actual treatment time of 18 minutes. Appointment ran slow which I can I understand and appreciate.
The web forms don't work and no one called me back. Receptionist said they are aware that forms don't work but did nothing to remediate.
Must charge for actual treatment time.
