I attended this dental practice recently after moving to the area.
When sighing up, I was offered an appointment within the same week. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating when booking my appointment.
When attending for my appointment, I was made to feel at ease from the outset, with a friendly receptionist chatting to me whilst I waited in the waiting room.
The dentist was very thorough and provided me with a full assessment and x-rays, letting me know what was needed and the relevant costs. She was very friendly and again made me feel very relaxed.
I have read some negative reviews of the practice so was apprehensive when attending. I was told the practice had changed owners so think it has taken a little bit of time to iron out the management problems.
From the experience I had, I would recommend this practice to friends and family. |

I have been at this surgery for many years. As we moved some distance away we continue to have our treatment with this surgery. Today 14th August my husband had an appointment for two o'clock. Driving for fourty minutes to arrive on time , only to find the dentist shut with a notice on the door regarding shortness of staff and training and will not be open again until the 19th. It Would of be nice to be informed about this either my phone call or email, but no not a word. As loyal customer over many years I would of thought it respectful that someone should of contacted us to let us know and rebook another appointment. Try looking at your diary for the day and inform your customers of changes.

Dentist continued to work on my root canal and ignored my comments about feeling sore. Apparently I was only feeling pressure....... Until the dentist hit my nerve and almost jumped through the chair. This was after the third injection |
