I went to the practice just after Easter with a broken crown and saw one particular dentist. I've had some really awful experiences previously at other dentists, however, this particular dentist was incredibly calm as was the dental nurse. They listened, understood that anaesthetic took a while to work and took all that into account with booking appointments and treatments. I even had a tooth removed (last time it needed doing at sedation clinic!!!!!) by him and had no stress or qualms at all. Even having fillings, I was given time to allow anaesthetic to work!!! I can honestly say this particular dentist especially has totally restored my Faith in dentists.

Been to Darfield dental practice again today and have to say how brilliant they are. Years ago I was quite fearful of the dentist and never looked forward to going but since I began going to Darfield I now I happily make the 20 mile round trip. All the staff are very pleasant but I have to give a special mention to my hygienist, she is absolutely the best, very gentle, thoughtful and caring and usually good for a laugh and that's not easy when someone's poking around in your mouth! A big thank you to everyone at Darfield dental practice.

After having my wisdom tooth removed last year at hospital, i developed an irrational fear of the dentist. I made an appointment in September to look at a rotten tooth and i had an epic meltdown. I felt so foolish and incredibly embarrased. I was mortified. Eventually the tooth came out and i plucked up the courage to come back. Still feeling rather stupid. Yet at no point was i judged or made to feel that way. Everyone was wonderful, understanding and patient. The staff were fantastic. I could not have asked for two better people. They have made me feel at ease with visiting the dentist now and with fixing my missing front tooth have started to improve my confidence. My son says they must be good because they have given me back my smile! A credit to themselves professionally and the practice. It also helps when you have friendly lovely staff. Especially those in reception whom are just brilliant. Thank You ever so much.
