Excellent service from start to finish. On time explained options , receptionist bent over backwards to book treatment I needed, . Great practice ample parking in front of shop. Lost a filling whilst on holiday managed to get me in at a convenient time and date. Receptionist very knowledgeable and very professional, highly recommended. I called in as needed emergency treatment! I knew I was a lapsed client but there were reasons! The website states you will be triage! I wasn't! I was told I was a lapsed patient and I could have an appointment in September at the earliest! I'm in pain so say that's no good really so she said dial 111! I would like to reassure you that we endeavour to offer effective and efficient service and further staff training will be provided.
