I have just finished a course of treatment that included 2 extractions, a couple of clean and polish routines and also fitting new teeth onto an existing palate.
I am very pleased with the courtesy and manners of all concerned.
The compassion for my pain was good and so was the treatment.

Not friendly very abrupt dont listen to what you need I asked on numerous occasions to have a painful tooth repaired and have changed dentist to get it repaired I explained exactly what was wrong I then received a letter saying I was no longer a patient at there practice and I had been told to leave because of my attitude which I might add was quite the opposite I just got up off the chair and said no problem I wont waste any more of your time and left it doesnt appear they know what they are doing because ive had dental reminders even though im with a different practice now after I was told not to set foot in there surgery

Visited with my 6 year old daughter who has a condition which requires treatment every 3 months. She suffers from extreme anxiety and sensory issues and always gets herself worked up at appointments. The dentist was extremely understanding and spoke to us both with respect. The dentist was calm and patient with my daughter. Also the two dental nurses that were present were amazing. They engaged in a conversation with my daughter and distracted her anxieties with patience and a gentle manner. If these three professionals didn’t take time and didn’t have patience and understanding with the issues my daughter faces she wouldn’t have allowed the treatment to be carried out. This shows that they are not only highly trained dentists but also they can make a visit that most children don’t like a calm and safe place. | |||||||
