This surgery does not listen to the patient at all it has no respect for the patient's wishes. I was unhappy with a male dentist I had seen so for my next appointment I asked if I could be seen by the female dentist and gave an description of my requirements noting that again that I did not want to see that male dentist. I arrived for my appointment on the due date to be met by the male dentist who had no idea what treatment I needed done the reason being, he said, was due to the fact that he was helping out and consequently could not do the treatment. I was really upset all the practice had to do was call me and change the appointment but they just do not care.
