The reception team were quick to sign me up as a patient as they were taking some spaces, and they managed to arrange an appointment around my busy schedule. After suffering with some some tooth ache, I arranged an emergency appointment a little sooner but I was exceedingly nervous - I hadn’t visited a dentist in ten years after a really painful experience. When I arrived at Holsworthy, the receptionists were welcoming and helped me with the forms and were very clear about payments etc. When I got called for my appointment, I found that my dentist and the dental nurse were absolutely amazing. They quickly did my xrays and found 4 teeth that needed filling urgently and both staff helped me to understand the best course of action. They filled two teeth on the spot with a temporary filling. To say I was an extremely nervous patient is an understatement - I was extremely shaky, but both the dentist and dental nurse were so supportive and helped me get through it all by encouraging me. I took a cancellation appointment the very next day to get the rest of the work done, and by the end of the appointment they both had me laughing. I really am appreciative of such fantastic dental staff and this week’s experience has made me feel so much more positive about going to the dentist. I can’t recommend them enough!

The dentist I see is so nice and caring. The receptionists were very helpful and managed to get my husband a appointment with the dentist I see. Thank you both
