Have had many issues with this dental practice over the last couple of years. The reception staff are generally quite unhelpful and not friendly in any way. I had a query over a charge that I wasn't expecting, the lady on reception was quite rude and not sympathetic in the slightest, to the point that I came away and cried! I understand that the charges are not down to them but anyone with any kind of customer service skills would show some empathy.
