I arrived for my appointment in plenty of time. I paid for my treatment and filled in the paperwork and sat in the waiting room. I waited over 35 minutes before the receptionist ask to speak to me. I was told that they was a note on my records saying I didn't want to see that particular dentist I was booked in with. So she would see me, and the other dentist is on her lunch. I informed the receptionist that I had never said anything and the only thing I had complained about was my appointment keep being cancelled and that had happened alot in the last 6 months. But never have I ever said I didn't want to see a particular dentist. I am disgusted that the note on my account was not checked with me when I arrived, and that it was on there in the first place. I have been at this dentist for nearly ten years and i have never been treated in this way. So know the dentist won't see me and i haven't even said anything. So now what
