I am not a fan of the dentist, and i will not be a fan of this dentist ever! The receptionist staff are this practices saving grace, firstly, my appointment to be seen by the dentist was cancelled 3 times for the inital check up, i then had to book in after being told the tooth comes out or its a root canal, i booked in an appoitment which was again cancelled, i give credit where due, the dentist was quick to diagnose my fault. However!! had little care for the pain i was in or shower any urgency to help, showing a general sheer lack of humanity. The dental nurse was rude as well which is odd because She did very little. Initally i was recommended this dentist and when you walk into the place its not what you’d would expect a ‘medical facility’ to look like. Seems run down and no care has been put into making this a friendly environment for anyone. When you get into the dentist chair its like your in a horror movie scene. I’m sure they have some very happy patience who have perfect teeth and they happily take their money but if you have a problem or suspect a problem i would suggest you choose another dentist. I cancelled my appointment with them after going to a better dentist and recieving the information and care that i required and they will have the good review left about them for there efforts.
