This particular dentist has completely deteriorated since the pandemic. I used to have Carlton as my dentist and had done all throughout my childhood and into my adulthood. I had never experienced any issues with Carlton and in fact he made me feel at ease every time. As Carlton is no longer there, I have been assigned a new dentist and to be honest, their practice is terrible. I have had nothing but grief with regards to- having fillings done that fall out within a few days, been wrongly diagnosed and wrongly charged. It really is such a shame!
