I took my 2 year old daughter for her first check up today to see the dentist and they were absolutely fantastic with her, as was the dental nurse. They explained what they were going to do, were very gentle and put my daughter at ease. So much so that she can't wait to go back for her next check up. The dentist even gave her Teddy a check up and they both got stickers which she loved. I also had my usual check up and am fairly new to the practice but can honestly say It is the best I have been to and all the staff I came in to contact with were fab.

So much praise for this practice. I have never been a fan of visiting the dentist and I'm sure that's a common issue with a lot of people. I never got along with my previous dentist, they always caused me pain and discomfort. Until finally I had enough and decided to change practices. I must say it was by far the best decision ever. They are an angel. A tooth fairy perhaps! They are so gentle and friendly and instantly puts me at ease when I see them. Its always nice that they take an interest in what we speak about and remembers for my next visit. I recently had some filling re-done in white. Needles and noisy drills are never pleasant and it is one thing I hate most about dentists. However, I felt no pain at all. Nothing. I was completely at ease and stress-free. My treatment was not rushed and I didn't leave with sores on the side of my lips, where your mouth gets stretched. Everything about my experience at this practice has been nothing but perfect. And exactly how you should expect it to be. I no longer fear a trip to the dentist and its all thanks to the dentist and the wonderful team at M A Wilcox Dental Practice. A huge thank you to everyone there.
