Very supportive professional person who understood me and helped me yesterday. I had a big problem with teeth but the dentist fixed this problem after just one appointment. I am very happy and I highly recommend my dentist. | |||||||

I was in tremendous pain and receptionist was brilliant getting me an emergency appointment where abscess diagnosed so antibiotics given but pain escalated so back to receptionist who again was so helpful for further emergency. Then met dentist never seen before he was fantastic and specialises in extractions. Made me feel completely at ease and before I knew it tooth was out and although sore nothing like it was. Would recommend and cannot rate the staff especially the receptionist highly enough. I'm not one to normally write bad reviews however, in this instance i feel compelled to. The receptionist at this practice is so rude and has absolutely no customer service skills.
I have been a patient here for many years and after being spoken to in the way i was today, i will most definitely NOT be returning!
It seems that whenever i have an appointment booked, I'm told they have no record of my booking. This is the third time now that this has happened.. Don't waste your time with this dental surgery!
