I have been going to the practice since I was little and I love it there but today was a different story when it came to booking up. I tried to book an emergency appointment but there wasn't any left which was fine but the attitude I got on the call was just plain rude. The person that answered not only rudely told me to wait but when I asked they cut me off and said no and there aren't any tomorrow either. Definitely off putting.

After having a very bad experience with my local dentist my mouth was quite a mess with loose teeth and very large gap,I came to see one particular dentist who was very professional and polite and in just 3 visits I have had a bridge the loose teeth sorted and fillings and i can definitely say i have not had one bit of pain or discomfort, i understand that he is leaving Eastgate very soon and off to Leeds hospital this is a loss to Eastgate and a very big gain to Leeds Hospital, i cannot thank him enough for looking after me so well.

It was the first time I had treatment with this totally caring and kind dentist. I was quite anxious because I knew an extensive filling was needed. I did not even feel the anaesthetic was given. It was done while chatting to me and I was amazed how painless and smooth everything went. I was given thorough explanation of the problem and the treatment and I left with such confidence in him that I would recommend him to anyone. The dental nurse was very charming and kind. The reception staff too were very friendly and helpful.
