I was pleased to get a short notice emergency appointment and even happier that the (Painless!) extraction needed was done straight away even though I was not registered at the practise. The dentst is very professional and has a very pleasant nature and inclusive manner, he didn't rush anything and kept me informed of his thoughts and recommendations throughout and was very patient when answering my queries, The receptionist and the dental assistant were also very nice and did their jobs well. The dentist went the extra mile to get me signed on as a regular patient. As first impressions go this was excellent.
