Went for check up after many months of cancellation at the last minute. No actual check of individual teeth just a look. Took X-ray to check if any decay under fillings. I asked for a scale and polish. A very quick plaque remover from bottom front teeth-no polish afterwards at all. Wanted to rinse my mouth but machine broken. I used some tissues and no where to discard them. Told put them there, which to me was where the dentist worked from. Hygiene at its best. I don’t think. We had a dentist at our Dr’s surgery for years. Fantastic treatment but he couldn’t renew the licence due to premises required for doctors. My husband had front tooth filling repair only which has fallen out two days later. He was charged for scale and polish which he said he didn’t have. If the facilities were not available to rinse out one’s mouth the it couldn’t have happened. Prior to this check up we had no complaints. We were seen by Dr Patel during covid period. This dr has since left. The staff were non communicative and no eye contact at all. Normally they are really happy and pleasant. Given a form to complete agreeing to sign for any treatment AFTER the event. NOT IMPRESSED? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

They are just getting rid off all NHS patients. Terrible servicr
