I called this morning for an emergency appointment as I was in extreme pain. The surgery called me back to advise me of a cancellation slot ahead of the emergency appointment for later this morning. As always I was treated extremely well, with sympathy for the pain and the dentist is so gentle and efficient - soon had the problem sorted, explaining everything to me in detail. The atmosphere created is always light hearted which helps with any tension. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
