The dentist drilled my daughters 6yrs baby tooth without any anaesthetics. No Gell no injection offered. My daughter was too scared to tell the dentist that she was not happy about it and cried all the way back home from dentist. My daughter has now phobia from dentists and was referred to clinic to treat her other tooth. This referral took almost 6 months only to find out that in the clinic they will be fixing her tooth using Gell and injection for pain., which could have been done the first time round!!!!! ON TOP OFF IT, IT TURNS OUT THAT THE TOOTH THAT THEY FIXED HAS MAJOR DECAY UNDERNEATH IT ALREADY !!!!!! Horrible experience.
